Why the comb matters

Most people who complain about hot air brushes giving uneven results are trying to style too much hair at once. Sectioning means working in layers from underneath up. The comb makes this easier. It's not revolutionary but if you don't already own a sectioning comb, getting one in the box is handy.

Same tool, same limitations

Everything from our original One-Step review applies. Mid to long hair. Smooths and volumises but doesn't curl. No cool shot button. Heavier than a regular dryer because you hold it like a brush throughout. The barrel gets hot if you hold it on one section too long.
